Rihlah System
The Rihlah system is the first system past the Perry Line, and was originally a major military staging area. As such the entire system was geared for this purpose and nothing else. Later, the Xi'An ramped down the buildup in the region, leading to a bit of an identity crisis as the system was re-designated for trade and industrial purposes. The system's heavy military presence has been re-tasked as border and system patrol, making Rihlah a very poor target for smugglers.
