Leir system
The Leir system is lawless and only has one planet of note: Mya. The planet is inhabited by a reclusive group known as the Outsiders. This fringe society rejects civilization and became the dominant rulers of the planet when they staged an armed uprising. Previously the planet was simply a corporate terraformed world. The cultists were left to their own devices in the hopes they would eventually turn on each other. However, this never happened, as the group quickly stabilized and thrived on the planet.
The other two planets in the system are simply unterraformed mining operations.
